The Art of Asking Questions

17 Page of Swords from the Hallmark Tarot

The art and science of asking questions is the source of all knowledge.
~ Thomas Berger

Sometimes the questions we ask are way more important than any immediately apparent answers. Good questions keep taking us deeper.

One such question landed in my inbox last night and it led to a blog post about how to recover and heal from religious wounding.

Because religion is part of the fabric of society, and because I’m not yet 50, I’m sure I will have many occasions to revisit this question and to refine my answers.

The Page of Swords is the curious youth who never stops asking questions. May we all stay youthful in this way because as someone else said…

When you stop learning, stop listening, stop looking and asking questions, always new questions, then it is time to die.
~ Lillian Smith
